JOB TITLE: HEAD : DEMAND GENERATION AND DIGITAL MARKETING

LOCATION: India / Hybrid

DEPARTMENT: Marketing

REPORTS TO: Chief Marketing Officer

EXPERIENCE: 12 to 15 Years

Role Mandate: Own Clarion's full-funnel digital growth engine:

  • Awareness Digital -driven Engagement MQL SQL Pipeline Velocity Revenue Impact
  • Single-point accountability for performance, conversion, CAC, and marketing-sourced pipeline.
  • Results-first. Revenue-focused. Data-led.

What You Own

  • Demand Generation & Campaign Architecture
  • Drive quarterly integrated campaigns (email paid landing SDR retargeting)
  • ICP segmentation (industry, geo, tech stack, buyer intent)
  • Lead nurture journeys & scoring
  • MQL SQL conversion and velocity improvement
  • Weekly SDR & sales alignment

Performance Marketing

  • Own SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting
  • Budget optimization (CAC, ROAS, pipeline contribution)
  • Always-on experimentation (ads, creatives, offers, audiences)

SEO & Content-Led Growth

  • Technical & on-page SEO strategy aligned to buying intent
  • Keyword & topic clusters for vertical-led pipeline growth
  • Campaign-driven content (whitepapers, case studies, landing pages)
  • Partner with content team for thought leadership & demand capture

CRO & Website Performance

  • Landing pages, UX flows, form optimization
  • A/B testing & funnel drop-off reduction
  • Improve session lead demo conversions

Marketing Ops & AI Innovation

  • HubSpot workflows, scoring, attribution & reporting
  • Funnel dashboards & performance analytics
  • Leverage AI for targeting, personalization, creative testing & automation
  • Manage agencies with clear KPIs & ROI benchmarks
