Head of Digital @ Dammam Saudi Arabia

As the Head of Digital, the Deputy General Manager will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of the organization. This role will involve developing and implementing digital strategies that align with the company&aposs business objectives. The candidate will be expected to leverage their expertise in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Virtual Reality to drive innovation and efficiency across all operations.

Lead the adoption of digital technologies such as Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Digital Manufacturing, Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality, AI/ML, Analytics, and Digital Analytics

Collaborate with different departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions through digital transformation

Provide leadership and coaching to the digital team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation

Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies and assess their applicability to our business

Manage digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

Work closely with the manufacturing department, with a special focus on discrete manufacturing and/or steel products industry

Measure and report on the success of digital initiatives, using these insights to drive continuous improvement

Promote a culture of innovation and digital thinking across the organization

Ensure compliance with digital standards and regulations

The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong background in digital technologies, with a special emphasis on their application in the manufacturing industry

They should also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to drive digital innovation.
