Job Description
Kg Foundations Pvt Limited, a prominent Real Estate Developer with 46 years of experience in Chennai, is looking for a Head Design to oversee architectural design coordination for residential and mixed-use projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading end-to-end design management for real estate projects
- Coordinating with external architects, consultants, and designers
- Liaising with approving authorities such as CMDA, DTCP, Corporation, Fire, and AAI
- Collaborating with Project Execution, Planning, QS, and Engineering teams
- Reviewing and approving concept, schematic, and GFC drawings
- Ensuring compliance with local by-laws, NBC norms, and regulations
- Driving value engineering and design optimization
- Supporting project launches and execution timelines
Desired candidates should have:
- Mandatory experience with a real estate developer
- Strong exposure to high-rise residential and large-scale projects
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Chennai and Tamil Nadu approval processes
