Working hours: Monday-Saturday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for the position of Head of Design. The Head of Design will oversee and lead all design-related projects, ensuring cohesive visual design, product innovation, and branding strategies. Responsibilities include managing design teams, crafting design concepts, driving project execution, and collaborating with stakeholders to align design objectives with organizational goals. The role also involves integrating green technology into design processes to create sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

●Proficiency in Design Management and the ability to lead design teams and oversee project execution

●Strong skills in Visual Design and Product Design to develop innovative and user-centric solutions

●Experience in Branding to create and maintain a cohesive and impactful brand identity

●Knowledge and expertise in Interior Design for crafting functional and aesthetically appealing spaces

●Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills

●Proven experience in working with Green Technology or an interest in sustainable design is a plus

●Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is an advantage

●14-17 years of proven experience
