Head of Design-Home textiles & made-ups

SAROM is looking for an accomplished design leader to shape the creative vision and distinctive design language of our premium bedding, lifestyle linen and TOB portfolio.

This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a designer with a refined aesthetic sensibility, deep textile expertise and the ability to translate creative vision into exceptional, commercially relevant collections.

The Mandate

• Define the creative direction, design language and collection strategy across categories.

• Lead end-to-end product creation—from concept and material exploration to sampling and final execution.

• Elevate product expression through prints, embroideries, jacquards, knits, textures and refined embellishments.

• Curate compelling visual narratives, catalogues and product shoots that strengthen brand identity.

• Build and mentor a high-performing design team, establishing design standards, SOPs and disciplined timelines.

• Partner with merchandising, sourcing and quality to deliver premium, scalable and commercially successful ranges.

The Profile

• Textile/Fashion Design graduate from NIFT, NID, DKTE, VJTI or a comparable premier institute.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Home Textiles & Made-Ups, with strong expertise in bedding and lifestyle linen.

• Exceptional understanding of textiles, techniques, product development and design technologies.

• Proven leadership, cross-functional capability and a strong system-led approach.

• A compelling portfolio demonstrating design excellence, premium aesthetics and commercial success.
