Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for the Head of Design, Co-founder. The individual will be responsible for managing the overall design strategy, developing innovative product designs, leading branding efforts, and overseeing visual identity. Responsibilities include coordinating design projects, ensuring alignment with the company's goals, and fostering creative excellence across various mediums.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Management and overseeing design processes for cohesive results
• Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design with a focus on user-centric solutions
• Strong skills in Branding to create a distinctive and compelling brand identity
• Familiarity with Interior Design to contribute to physical space aesthetics where applicable
• Advanced leadership capabilities to collaborate on vision and strategy as a Co-founder
• Passion for innovation and experience with startups or fintech is highly beneficial
