Lead acquisition of land for renewable energy, mining, industrial,

infrastructure, and future business projects across multiple states.

• Develop innovative acquisition models including private purchase, long-term lease,

government allotment, joint development, and strategic partnerships.

• Oversee negotiations involving landowners, institutions, government agencies, and key

stakeholders to achieve commercially viable outcomes.

Build and sustain strategic relationships with senior officials across Central, State, and Local

Government departments.

• Represent the organization before ministries, regulatory authorities, industrial development

corporations, district administrations, and statutory bodies.

• Proactively engage with policymakers and regulators to facilitate business-friendly outcomes

and project approvals.
