The Role: The Academy Pilot
We are seeking a seasoned, high-impact leader to step in and own the Academy vertical end-to-end. This is a
360-degree leadership role. You aren't just managing a program; you are owning the Profit & Loss (P&L),
driving aggressive expansion, and ensuring our on-court quality remains world-class.
You will be the bridge between high-level strategy and daily operational excellence. From signing the next
big institutional tie-up to auditing the quality of our coaching staff, the buck stops with you.
The Game Plan: Your Leadership Mandate
P&L & Business Ownership: Take full responsibility for the Academy's financial health. You will
manage budgets, drive revenue growth, and optimize operational costs to ensure the vertical is both
high-impact and highly profitable.
Vertical Expansion: Own the roadmap for growth. You'll lead the charge in getting the Academy into
every major school, college, corporate office, and club across India.
Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations across all centers. You'll streamline workflows to
ensure that as we scale, the Academy experience remains seamless.
Coaching & Quality Control: You are the guardian of our standards. You will oversee the hiring,
training, and performance of our coaching staff to ensure every session delivered is worthy of the
PadelPark name.
Brand & Partnership Strategy: Leverage our heavy-hitting affiliationsMcDonald's and MS
Dhonito build trust and close high-value institutional deals.
Pipeline & Performance: Maintain a rigorous data-driven approach to tracking outreach, enrollment
conversion, and retention.
Who We're Looking For: The Strategic General
The Veteran: You have 8+ years of experience in leadership roles, specifically within sports
management, premium education, or large-scale academy operations.
The Business Mind: You are comfortable with numbers. You've managed P&L before and know how
to drive a business vertical toward aggressive targets.
The Talent Scout: You have an eye for quality. You know what makes a world-class coach and how to
build a team that inspires athletes.
The Door-Opener & Closer: You possess elite negotiation skills. You are as comfortable in a
boardroom with a CEO as you are on the court with a committee member.
