Role Overview
The Head of Demand Generation Strategy & Digital Growth will lead the end-to-end strategy, digital acceleration, and OEM engagement for all demand generation initiatives across global markets. The role owns the business P&L, drives AI-enabled marketing capabilities, and scales multi-channel programs to deliver measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Demand Generation Leadership
- Build and scale an integrated Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS) capability.
- Own revenue across telecalling, digital programs, and AI-led demand engines.
- Develop service catalogues, pricing models, and OEM/partner-facing solution pitches.
- Drive adoption across cloud, enterprise, mobility, security, and device categories.
2. Strategic Programs & Growth
- Build OEM-specific demand generation playbooks.
- Define workflows for lead gen, nurturing, scoring, and ROI measurement.
- Deploy AI-driven customer engagement agents for scale and efficiency.
- Shape an integrated Call + Digital + AI hybrid demand model.
3. Digital Marketing & Content
- Lead email automation, SEO/SEM, paid media, landing pages, and social amplification.
- Drive creative development for campaign assets, videos, and storytelling content.
- Build standardized digital toolkits across SMB, enterprise, and category-specific marketing.
4. Team & Stakeholder Leadership
- Manage performance metrics, CX standards, and operational quality across teams.
- Coach team leads while maintaining strategic oversightnot day-to-day operations.
- Partner with global marketing teams and digital platforms for omni-channel execution.
5. Data, Analytics & AI Operations
- Build dashboards for KPIs, lead quality, funnel health, and conversions.
- Deploy AI/automation for routing, scoring, reporting, and forecasting.
- Lead a culture of data-backed decision-making across all programs.
6. OEM & Channel Engagement
- Represent the function in OEM pitches, reviews, and quarterly planning.
- Build scalable and measurable demand engines for each OEM.
- Develop case studies, success narratives, and business impact reports.
Required Experience
- 812 years in telemarketing operations, digital marketing, or B2B demand generation.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital campaign management.
- Proven ability to scale teams and lead cross-functional operations.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
