Position: Head of Demand Generation
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Work Hours: PST (California Time Zone)
Applicants must have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, inbound marketing, or B2B lead generation for Agencies. We are looking for a highly strategic and execution-focused marketer who can build awareness, generate qualified leads, and create scalable pipeline growth through content, landing pages, email marketing, webinars, and conversion optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the complete buyer journey and can effectively turn website visitors and prospects into qualified opportunities for the Sales team.

Role Overview
This full-time role requires someone who can develop and execute initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
You will work closely with leadership and business development teams to create compelling content, optimize landing pages, launch lead-generation campaigns, and nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.

Skills Required:
1. Demand Generation Experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, inbound marketing, or lead generation.
2. Content & Funnel Strategy
Strong understanding of customer journeys, lead generation funnels, buyer intent, and conversion-focused content.
3. Landing Page & Conversion Optimization
Experience creating and optimizing landing pages that drive measurable lead generation results.
4. Marketing Analytics
Ability to analyze marketing performance and make data-driven decisions using reporting tools and dashboards.
5. CRM & Marketing Technology
Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
6. EdTech or B2B Experience
Experience working with EdTech, SaaS, or B2B service organizations is highly preferred.
