X Analyst is an embedded back-office infrastructure firm. We place dedicated India-based CA/CPA operators inside US and Canadian private equity and real estate firms — our operators sit inside the client's team, own their close calendars, and become indispensable. The role

This is the most important hire we'll make. You'll function as the founder's right hand and de facto COO — owning client relationships, delivery quality, and the culture of our Gurgaon floor. You'll lead client calls with US fund principals and controllers, run every placement transition end-to-end, manage and retain our operator team, and close expansion opportunities. The founder handles strategy and growth; you make sure everything we've promised actually happens.

What you'll own

Client leadership: recurring calls with US PE/RE stakeholders, relationship health, renewals and seat expansions

Delivery: operator performance, quality, escalations, backup coverage, replacements — zero surprises for clients

Transitions: scoping operator matching onboarding stable in 30 days, without founder involvement

Culture: ownership, US-overlap discipline, SOP adherence, confidentiality — built and enforced by you

Who you are

8–12 years in US-facing outsourced finance / KPO / offshore accounting delivery (Big 4 or mid-tier offshore centres, F&A BPO, or offshore accounting staffing)

Have personally managed 20–50 person delivery teams serving US clients on US-overlap hours

Credible on a call with a fund controller — fluent in month-end close and fund/property accounting workflows (CA/CPA not mandatory)

A closer: you have stories of saving at-risk accounts, expanding mandates, and getting commitments over the line

Looking for a long-term seat with real economics, not a stepping stone

Hours: 11 AM–6 PM in-office + 7:30–11 PM remote (US overlap)
