Key Responsibilities:

• Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead the analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
• AI/ML Enabled Strategy: Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models to enhance user experiences.
• Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Ensure timely execution of high-impact AI/ML projects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives, enhancing both product development and user satisfaction.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in data science, ensuring operational efficiency and scaling AI solutions that directly impact the business KPIs.
• Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with top academic institutions and tech companies to stay at the forefront of AI/ML innovations.

Person Specifications:

• Candidates should have at least 15 years of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in consumer tech, e-commerce, fintech, or similar industries, where customer data is leveraged for product development, personalization, and driving revenue growth.
• A master's degree or a Ph.D. in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, machine learning, or a related quantitative field is preferred.
• Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and large-scale data processing, with strong experience in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SQL, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with a proven ability to align AI initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
