Role: Head of D2C (Founder/Growth Leader Preferred)
Location: Gurgaon
CTC: Up to 65 LPA
We're scaling a high-growth retail brand and looking for a Head of D2C who's built and scaled engines beforeideally a founder or exgrowth head with a true owner's mindset.
Must-Haves
- Tier-1 MBA (IIM/ISB/FMS/XLRI etc.)
- Strong retail experience
- Built or scaled a startup (founder/co-founder) or led growth at a startup
- Proven track record of aggressive e-commerce growth (01 and 110)
- Data-driven, strategic, and execution-focused
- Entrepreneurial experience is mandatory
What You'll Own
- Full D2C P&L ownership
- Strategy and execution across D2C channels (website/app, CRM, retention, acquisition)
- Growth and performance marketing (channel mix, CAC/LTV, attribution, creative testing)
- Category and merchandising strategies (pricing, assortment, launches)
- Building and leading a high-performance team
- Driving tech, product, and ops excellence (funnels, A/B tests, site speed, CX, fulfillment)
- Forecasting, budgeting, and OKRs for sustained, profitable growth
