Job Description

  • Project Leadership: Manage endtoend delivery of multiple cybersecurity projects.
  • Team Management: Mentor and grow a high-performing cyber delivery team.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary cyber delivery liaison, ensuring exceptional client experience.
  • Presales & Business Development: Drive RFPs, proposals, solutioning, and orals.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate security, delivery, and budget risks.
  • Resource Allocation: Balance team capacity and project requirements effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to internal standards and industry best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process enhancements and adopt emerging technologies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records and project dashboards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Director of Cybersecurity should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
  • 20+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership/delivery roles
  • Proven success delivering large-scale enterprise cybersecurity programs
  • Strong understanding of cyber transformation, IAM, privacy, TPRM, and frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR
  • Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, PMP
  • Expertise in technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Security, Google Security
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management & negotiation abilities
  • Ability to operate in highvelocity, dynamic environments
