Job Title: Head – Cyber Security & Network Security

Location: Mumbai

Department: Cyber Security / Network Security

Experience: 12–18+ Years

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1)Cybersecurity & Network Security Leadership

o Define and execute the company's cybersecurity and network security practice strategy.

o Lead end-to-end security architecture, solutioning, implementation, and managed services.

o Develop capabilities across enterprise network security, cloud security, endpoint security, IAM, SOC, SIEM,

XDR, SASE and Zero Trust.

o Establish security standards, reference architectures, methodologies and best practices.

o Ensure solutions align with customer security requirements and applicable regulatory standards.

2)Solution Architecture & System Integration

o Lead design of complex cybersecurity and network security solutions for enterprise and government

customers.

o Develop HLD/LLD, BoQ, technical proposals, RFP/RFQ responses and solution presentations.

o Integrate security technologies with networking, cloud, data center and IT infrastructure environments.

o Conduct technology assessments, security audits and gap assessments.

o Provide technical leadership for large and complex transformation projects.

3)Presales & Business Development

o Work closely with sales teams to identify cybersecurity opportunities and develop technical strategies.

o Lead customer workshops, solution demonstrations, technical presentations and proof-of-concepts.

o Build relationships with CXOs, CISOs, CIOs, IT heads and security decision-makers.

o Support account planning, pipeline development and strategic customer engagements.

4)Delivery & Operations

o Provide governance for cybersecurity implementation and managed security projects.

o Ensure projects meet agreed scope, timelines, quality and commercial objectives.

o Establish project governance, escalation mechanisms and technical review processes.

o Drive continuous improvement in service quality, security posture and operational efficiency.

o Ensure effective transition from project implementation to managed operations.

5)Vendor & Technology Management

o Manage strategic relationships with cybersecurity and networking technology vendors.

o Evaluate emerging security technologies and identify opportunities for integration into the company's

portfolio.

o Develop partnerships, certifications and competencies with relevant OEMs.

o Participate in vendor negotiations, technical evaluations and joint go-to-market initiatives.

6)Team Leadership

o Build and lead cybersecurity architects, consultants, engineers, SOC specialists and presales professionals.

o Define competency frameworks, training plans and certification roadmaps.

o Mentor senior technical resources and develop future security leaders.

o Build a culture of security, innovation, accountability and continuous learning.

7)Governance, Risk & Compliance

o Provide guidance on cybersecurity governance, risk management and compliance.

o Maintain awareness of applicable standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI

DSS, GDPR and applicable Indian cybersecurity requirements.

o Support customers in developing security policies, controls, risk assessments and security frameworks.

o Ensure internal security practices comply with organizational policies and contractual requirements.

• AWS / Azure Security certification

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 12–18+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, network security and IT infrastructure.

• Significant experience with a system integrator, managed service provider, consulting organization or large

enterprise.

• Proven experience leading large cybersecurity/network transformation projects.

• Strong exposure to enterprise customers and CXO-level engagements.

• Demonstrated experience in presales, solution architecture and technical business development.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
