Profile Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated professional to lead our Customer Success Head. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years of experience in Customer Success within Product-Based B2B SaaS organizations, preferably across ERP, CRM, HRMS, SCM, Asset Management, or similar enterprise solutions. The role will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, growth, and operational excellence across different Geographies.  

 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement Customer Success Strategies to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth across all zones. 
  • Oversee customer support operations, including daily tickets, upsell opportunities, and churn reduction initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customer accounts. 
  • Track zone-wise growth and churn metrics, maintain monthly reports, and present quarterly performance reviews to senior management. 
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Customer Success team, ensuring performance goals and service standards are consistently achieved. 
  • Plan and maintain team rosters in line with operational requirements. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term customer success. 

 

Qualifications 

  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Customer Success for Product-Based SaaS companies, preferably in ERP, CRM, SCM, HRMS, Asset Management, or similar domains. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage and support diverse clients across global markets. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environments.  
  • Highly adaptable and flexible in working with clients from diverse geographic regions, cultures, and business environments.
