Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Head of Creators based in Ernakulam. The Head of Creators will oversee the creative team, develop and implement content strategies, and manage creative production workflows. Responsibilities include leading content creation projects, mentoring creative professionals, ensuring the quality of deliverables, maintaining client relationships, and fostering innovation to meet market trends and client needs. The role will also encompass team development and operational efficiency to support the company's vision of empowering creators.

Qualifications

• Leadership and Team Management skills: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and inspire creative teams.
• Content Development and Strategy: Expertise in creative production, project management, and developing comprehensive content strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video and photo editing tools, creative software, and digital workflows.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of trends in digital media, marketing, and the creator economy.
• Communication and Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and client management skills.
• Adaptable and Innovative: Ability to identify opportunities, implement new strategies, and adapt to evolving market demands.
• Relevant experience in a similar leadership role is highly preferred.
