Job Description

  • Build and own the holistic visual identity - from brand systems to digital experiences and campaign design.
  • Lead the endtoend creative process including conceptualisation, art direction, graphic design, UI/UX, product photography, and motion content.
  • Create a consistent yet flexible design language that resonates with GenZ and youth fashion audiences.
  • Oversee highquality design output across app, website, packaging, social, campaigns, influencer assets, and inapp merchandising.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Category, and Product teams to translate business goals into strong creative expressions.
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, art directors, illustrators, and motion artists build a culture of experimentation and speed.
  • Maintain high creative standards while ensuring fast turnarounds required in a quickcommerce environment.
  • Partner with external agencies, production houses, and freelancers for special projects and brand campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of visual, fashion, and digital design trends to keep the brand fresh and futureforward.
  • Manage creative workflows, design calendars, and budgets to ensure efficiency and excellence.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Creative Design Head should have:

  • 8-15 years of experience in creative design, brand design, or art direction (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer tech preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity systems, campaign work, digital design, and highimpact visual storytelling.
  • Proven experience leading design teams in fastpaced or highgrowth environments.
  • Deep understanding of youth culture, fashion aesthetics, and modern design trends.
  • Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with motion, typography, and UI/UX principles.
  • Ability to balance creativity with brand consistency, speed, and commercial understanding.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
