Role Overview
The Head of Corporate Sales will own complete revenue responsibility for Rian's corporate
business across document translation and corporate video dubbing solutions. This is a senior
sales leadership role with direct accountability for building predictable enterprise revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual revenue targets across corporate document translation and
corporate video dubbing.
- Drive a balanced mix of new enterprise acquisition and expansion of existing corporate
accounts.
- Build and close relationships with marketing, communications, HR, L&D, and enterprise
teams.
- Develop and manage partnerships with Language Service Providers (LSPs).
- Build, groom, and lead the corporate sales team and sales processes.
- Maintain a strong lead generation pipeline with disciplined follow-ups.
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting and forecasting cadence.
Experience & Background
- 1215 years of experience in enterprise solution sales.
- Proven track record of delivering against large revenue targets.
- Experience selling to marketing, communications, HR, L&D, or transformation stakeholders
