Head of Corporate & Government Affairs

Role Overview :

Lead external engagement with central/state governments, regulators, and industry bodies in a highly regulated environment. Drive policy advocacy, corporate reputation, and stakeholder strategy to enable a stable and growth-oriented business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Government & Regulatory Affairs:

- Engage with ministries and regulators (incl. CIB&RC); drive advocacy on registrations, imports, compliance, and regulatory policies

Corporate Affairs:

- Lead reputation, ESG communication, and crisis management; act as spokesperson when required

Industry Engagement:

- Represent in key industry bodies (CropLife, FICCI, CII); shape policy positions and alliances

Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with policymakers, institutions, and agri-ecosystem stakeholders

Requirements:

- 10+ years in Government/Corporate Affairs in a regulated industry

- Strong government and industry network in India

- Solid understanding of regulatory and political landscape

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Degree in IR/Law/Business (Postgraduate preferred)
