About the Role: The Corporate Communication Head will act as the central voice of the Bank, shaping and driving all communication across internal and external channels. The incumbent will be responsible for building a unified communication strategy that strengthens the Bank's reputation, reinforces brand identity, and supports leadership messaging. This role involves leading end-to-end communication planning, managing media relationships, overseeing brand governance, and ensuring that all content—whether for social media, employee communication, or public announcements—is accurate, consistent, and aligned with the Bank's values.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of the Bank's communication strategy to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Manage corporate brand communication and uphold brand governance standards across departments.
- Oversee, review, approve, and curate all social media content, particularly for senior leadership communication and critical cases.
- Establish and maintain strong media relationships, including engagement with journalists, publications, and PR agencies.
- Draft and disseminate all corporate announcements, including organizational changes, leadership movements, and policy updates.
- Manage crisis communication, reputation handling, and immediate-response messaging for sensitive situations.
- Support senior management with speeches, talking points, interviews, event scripts, and strategic communication narratives.
- Produce press releases, internal newsletters, leadership communication pieces, and corporate storytelling content.
- Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Digital, and Business teams for unified and consistent content distribution.
- Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and brand health metrics, recommending interventions wherever needed.

Work Experience -
- 12–15 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Branding, or Media Relations.
- Preferred: Experience within BFSI or large enterprise communication environments.
