Hiring Alert | Content Head – Ai Driven Content & Multi-Format Storytelling (Text/Audio/Video)

CTC: Up to 45-60 LPA** | Experience: 10-14 Years | Location: India

We are looking for a forward-thinking Content Head to lead and scale an AI-powered content function focused on creating impactful communication across text, audio, video, visual, and emerging digital formats.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic storytelling, content leadership, and AI-enabled creativity to build narratives that engage audiences at scale. You should be equally comfortable shaping communication strategy, leading creative teams, and experimenting with new-age content formats powered by AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of an AI-driven content ecosystem across multiple formats

• Build scalable content engines that accelerate content creation while maintaining quality and consistency

• Drive storytelling initiatives across social, digital, audio, video, and interactive channels

• Use AI tools to enhance ideation, research, scripting, storyboarding, and content production workflows

• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to create compelling narratives and communication strategies

• Stay ahead of emerging trends, audience behavior, and evolving content consumption patterns

• Ensure content remains culturally relevant, audience-centric, and aligned with business objectives

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 10-14 years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Storytelling, Editorial Leadership, Corporate Communication, or Digital Content Leadership

• Strong experience managing multi-format content across text, video, audio, and visual mediums

• Background from high-growth startups, consumer-tech companies, digital-first brands, media, or content-led organizations preferred

• Deep understanding of audience engagement, storytelling frameworks, and digital ecosystems

• Hands-on exposure to AI-powered content creation tools and modern content workflows
