As our Head of Content Marketing, you'll own how Kuku FM's content reaches users, drives awareness, growth and long-term retention.
What You'll Do
Marketing Strategy
- Build and own content marketing strategy to drive organic and paid growth.
- Increase discovery of our flagship shows and content franchises.
- Lead category positioning, genre campaigns, launches and milestone activations.
Channel Leadership
- Lead all distribution channels YouTube, Instagram, influencer partnerships, SEO, newsletters.
- Define go-to-market plans for major content releases.
- Optimize paid media performance in sync with the content calendar.
Organic Growth & Community
- Build strong organic funnels around content hooks, social amplification and virality.
- Grow creator-led campaigns tied to Kuku FM IPs.
- Deeply understand content audience cohorts and tailor messaging.
Team & Execution
- Build and lead multi-disciplinary marketing teams (performance, brand, social, partnerships).
- Define goals, metrics and accountability frameworks.
- Own P&L and ROI on campaigns.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with Content to synchronize marketing with editorial cycles.
- Collaborate with Product for in-app triggers and discovery nudges.
- Share data insights to shape content decisions.
Who You Are
- 10+ years experience in content marketing, growth or digital marketing (B2C media/OTT preferred).
- Strong track record building organic growth via content-led strategies.
- Experience managing large teams and multi-channel campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
