Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Head of Content. The Head of Content will need to be hands-on with development and execution of innovative content strategies and manage a dynamic team to deliver exceptional content across various platforms and group companies. Responsibilities include planning and managing content calendars, overseeing the creation and editing of written materials, and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and brand tone. Additional duties include collaborating with other departments to ensure content consistency and quality, while identifying opportunities to improve engagement and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Content Strategy and Content Management.
• Experience in the tech and B2B segments
• Strong skills in Writing and Content Development.
• Extensive experience in Editorial practices and attention to detail in content review.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to drive cross-departmental projects effectively.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools, content management systems and analytical tools for performance tracking is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
