Job Title: Head – Global Content
Location: Los Angeles/London/Mumbai
Role Purpose
Own and drive high‑impact global initiatives with a strong content-first lens across international markets. This role is responsible for shaping, executing, and scaling global content projects—including originals, co‑productions and market prioritisation—aligned to the company's global growth and storytelling ambitions.
Serve as the single-point owner for cross‑border execution, bringing together creative vision, commercial acumen, and operational rigor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of international content initiatives, including global originals, co‑productions, adaptations, and format localization
- Partner with creative, commissioning, and programming teams to shape globally resonant yet locally authentic content strategies
- Evaluate content opportunities through a creative, cultural, and commercial lens, driving greenlight decisions and prioritization
- Develop scalable content models that travel across markets and platforms
- Lead international market entry and expansion initiatives, covering market assessment, content relevance, localization strategy, and execution
- Translate global vision into actionable roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, KPIs, and outcomes
- Build and manage relationships with global and local studios, producers, distributors, platforms, and strategic partners
- Drive co‑production and partnership negotiations in collaboration with legal and finance teams
- Identify new creative and commercial partnership opportunities to extend content reach, life cycle, and monetization
