Over the last few years, we've built a content engine we are immensely proud of. We have purposefully eschewed the quick winsno paid media shortcuts, no engagement bait, and no superficial trends. Our goal is simple: to be genuinely useful to founders, operators, and the startup ecosystem.
As our Head of Content, you won't just be managing a social media calendar. You will be a Storyteller-in-Chief, partnering with our investment teams and founders to capture deep institutional expertise and package it for maximum utility and impact.
What You'll Do
- Strategy & Narrative: Work directly with the CMO to define Elevation's voice. You will identify the white spaces in the Indian startup ecosystem where our insights can add the most value.
- The Content Engine: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of our IPsfrom the Day One podcast and Summit Up YT video series to thesis-driven digital properties like Bottomline and AI@Elevation.
- Intellectual Translation: Spend time with our investment partners to decode complex macro trends and sectoral theses, translating them into compelling narratives across video, long-form writing, and digital experiences.
- Bar Raiser: Constantly benchmark our work against the best in the world (a16z, First Round, etc.). You aren't here to maintain the status quo; you are here to significantly raise the bar on what VC Content looks like in India.
- Ownership: You will own the outcomesfrom the creative spark of a script to the technical impact of a digital experience.

- Ecosystem-Obsessed: You understand founders because you think like one. You know what is useful to someone building a company from 0 to 1, and you have an allergy to the superficial.
