focus on depth, design, and the emotional experience of living. As we enter our next phase of
growth, we are looking for a Head of Projects who can uphold this bar of excellence and lead
the execution of some of Bangalore's most finely crafted homes.
Role Overview
As the Head of Projects, you will lead the execution of premium residential real estate developments from ground-breaking to handover. You will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, lead a team of engineers and site managers, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery of our luxury projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of residential projects — planning, execution, monitoring, and completion
- Lead site teams, project engineers, and external contractors across multiple sites in Bangalore
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, statutory regulations, and environmental/safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, vendors, and clients
- Provide technical guidance and resolution on site issues
- Monitor progress, anticipate roadblocks, and enforce timely escalation and resolution
- Implement project management best practices (cost control, vendor management, reporting cadence)
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits
- Lead documentation and reporting for project reviews and investor/stakeholder updates
- Mentor, train, and manage a high-performance project delivery team
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- 10+ years of experience in residential real estate projects, preferably across premium/luxury segments
- Strong understanding of structural execution, finishing works, MEP coordination, and statutory approvals
- Proven track record of delivering high-end residential projects within time and cost parameters
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
