We are seeking a seasoned Project Head to lead a landmark mixed-use township project in Guyana. This role is responsible for the entire project lifecyclefrom master planning and design to site execution and final handoverensuring world-class quality, timely delivery, and cost-efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Leadership: Direct all phases of township development, including high-end residential, commercial hubs, and infrastructure.
- Design & Planning: Coordinate with international architects and consultants to ensure the project meets premium global standards.
- Execution & Quality: Oversee site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality benchmarks, and engineering excellence.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budgets, optimize costs (Value Engineering), and ensure the project remains profitable.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between local government authorities, vendors, and internal leadership.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1520+ years in Real Estate/Construction, with a proven track record in large scale mixed-use townships.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in high-rise construction, infrastructure development, and master planning.
- Leadership: Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and international consultants in a dynamic environment.
- Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; PMP or MBA is a plus.
