Job Description

Head of Compensation & Benefits (Confidential Search), up to SGD 200k base

Frazer Jones is partnering with a large organisation that has a growing international presence and footprint, on a confidential basis to appoint a Head of Compensation & Benefits. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Singapore with a primary focus on the APAC region.

This is a high-impact COE leadership role within an established and structured HR team and organization, responsible for driving total rewards strategy across a complex international footprint. The successful candidate will potentially oversee a team of 1 to 2 direct reports, with potential for long-term growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

This role will lead the C&B agenda, operating within a complex, multi-market environment. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end compensation programmes including salary benchmarking, incentive design, and annual reward cycles.

This role requires strong stakeholder management and prior regional experience (minimally SEA, including markets such as Malaysia and Indonesia), as rigor in regional engagement, providing strategic rewards advisory across core markets in APAC is expected. You will partner closely with internal HR and business stakeholders to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with business priorities, while navigating organisational complexity across multiple geographies and joint ventures.

You will also potentially oversee and coach a team of 1 to 2 direct reports, ensuring strong execution of rewards processes and building capability within the team.

Ideal Profile

As a guideline, the client is seeking a Compensation & Benefits expert with at least 12–16 years of experience, ideally within large multinational organisations. A blended background combining rewards consulting and in-house corporate experience is highly advantageous.

Candidates should bring a strong track record managingAPAC scope, with deep expertise in compensation strategy and execution. Experience operating within matrixed, complex organisations, including prior exposure to diverse workforces (white- and blue- collar) and M&As will be critical for success.
