Job Description

  • Compensation & Benefits Strategy: Design, implement, and manage C&B frameworks that align with organizational objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Policy & Governance: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal governance standards across all compensation programs.
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights on pay structures, workforce cost optimization, and market benchmarking.
  • Transformation Projects: Play a key role in organizational change initiatives such as mergers, large-scale transformations, and restructuring exercises.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive C&B initiatives and resolve complex challenges.
  • Operational Excellence: Be hands-on with day-to-day activities, from payroll coordination to managing benefits programs, while also leading strategic projects.
  • Flexibility & Agility: Adapt quickly to changing priorities, zooming in on details or zooming out for strategic planning as required.
  • Travel: Moderate travel to strategic locations (e.g., Kota) for project execution and stakeholder engagement.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 7 to 12 years of proven expertise in core Compensation & Benefits exposure to agile environments such as startups, large-scale transformations, or mergers

Experience in designing of ESOP structures and long term incentives in crucial

Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities ability to mine insights for strategic decisions.

Language: Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and understood).

Education: MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school preferred

  • Outcome orientation with fast turnaround
  • Ability to stretch during peak periods (including holidays/weekends)
