Job Description

Lead external communications and reputation management, including media relations, thought leadership, and brand positioning for the India business.
Drive internal communications and employee engagement, ensuring consistent messaging, leadership visibility, and cultural alignment.
Manage stakeholder communications across leadership, digital platforms, and social media, strengthening trust and organisational narrative.
Own crisis and issues management, partnering with leadership to mitigate reputational risk and ensure timely, aligned responses.
Provide communications leadership, coordination, and governance, managing a lean team while operating effectively in a global matrix.

The Successful Applicant

You have around 15 years of experience in corporate communications, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organisation.
A strong communications background is mandatory marketing-only profiles will not be considered.
Exposure to energy, oil & gas, or related sectors is preferred but not essential.
You are a strategic thinker, comfortable being hands-on, and capable of managing senior stakeholders and a lean team.
