Budget: Up to 30 LPA (Including Variable)
Reporting To: CFO & Business Head
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting
- Commercial finance & revenue optimization
- Profit & Loss analysis and cost management
- Business strategy and financial performance management
- Contract management and commercial decision-making
- Monthly MIS review and financial forecasting
- Team management and leadership development
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- Strong experience in commercial finance and business strategy
- Excellent analytical and financial management skills
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and P&L management
- Leadership experience with team handling capabilities
