Role Overview
We are seeking a Head of Coaching (Operations) to lead, manage, and standardize all on-ground football operations across the academy. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality coaching delivery, structured session execution, and measurable player development outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong coaching expertise with operational leadership, capable of managing coaches, implementing curriculum, and driving performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coaching & Session Quality Control
- Oversee and ensure consistent delivery of training sessions across all batches
- Implement and monitor academy curriculum (U7–U17)
- Conduct regular session audits and provide feedback to coaches
- Maintain high standards of session planning, intensity, and structure
2. Coach Management & Development
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate all academy coaches
- Conduct weekly coach review meetings and performance tracking
- Design coach development plans and internal training workshops
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professionalism across staff
3. Player Development & Performance Tracking
- Establish measurable player development frameworks
- Track technical, tactical, and physical progress of players
- Work with coaches to identify high-potential players
- Support match preparation and competitive exposure
4. Operations & Ground Management
- Plan and manage daily training schedules across venues
- Ensure optimal coach-to-player ratios
- Coordinate equipment, ground setup, and logistics
- Work closely with Ops/Admin for smooth execution
5. Curriculum & Program Development
- Refine and evolve academy training curriculum
- Align sessions with long-term player development philosophy
- Integrate fun, learning, and performance across age groups
- Support special programs (summer camps, leagues, elite batches)
6. Reporting & Accountability
- Maintain structured reports on coaching quality and player progress
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with management
- Drive data-based decision-making in coaching and operations

Requirements
- Minimum AFC C License
- 3–6+ years of grassroots/youth coaching experience
- Prior experience managing coaches or leading programs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage both technical coaching and operations
- High ownership, discipline, and problem-solving mindset
