Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Head of Client Services, located in Mumbai. The Head of Client Services will manage day-to-day client interactions, build and sustain business relationships, oversee account management, and lead a team. This role involves ensuring client satisfaction, strategizing to meet client objectives, and guiding the team's efforts to deliver high-quality work aligned with client goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or related roles within the advertising or marketing industry
• Strong skills in Client Services, Business Relationship Management, and Account Management
• Proven Team Management and Leadership experience
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in the advertising industry, especially in rural and semi-urban markets, is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
