Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Client Services located in Mumbai. The Head of Client Services will be responsible for overseeing client services, managing business relationships, and handling account management. The role includes leading and managing a team, ensuring client satisfaction, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with other departments to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
