We are searching for an experienced Head of Client Services to join our Singapore Studio. Someone who can lead, plan and shape the future of our client relationships - making sure every experience feels seamless, smart and full of possibility.
As a senior leader, you'll set the pace for our Client Services team. You'll champion best practice, build a culture of collaboration and keep your eye firmly on growth - for both our clients and our agency. Working shoulder-to-shoulder with other department leads, you'll make sure we deliver the kind of brand partnerships we're known for: strategic, creative and built to last.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
Client Services & Growth
Lead the development, retention and growth of all client relationships and revenue streams
Drive business development across existing clients, partnering with the New Business team to unlock full client potential
Build a deep understanding of clients businesses to inform strategic opportunities
Proactively strengthen client relationships to increase long-term value
Team Leadership & Operations
Establish and uphold Client Services best practice across the agency
Lead recruitment, performance management and development of the Client Services team
Oversee resource planning across Client Services and Creative teams, in collaboration with the Executive Creative Director
Financial Planning & Delivery
Oversee client planning and forecasting across weekly, monthly and annual cycles
Approve project scopes, budgets and quotes
Ensure accurate tracking and forecasting of client budgets and revenue
Lead delivery against annual financial targets through clear strategic and operational planning
Agency Contribution
Continuously improve client service, strategy and creative processes to support effective project delivery
Contribute to strategic planning of client work, aligning opportunities with agency capability and resources
New Business
Partner with the New Business team to drive growth opportunities
Represent the agency in pitches, presentations and industry events
Contribute to proposals and tenders
Lead the transition and onboarding of new business wins
Share and develop opportunities from existing clients across the agency
Key requirements:
Significant and proven brand transformation expertise, with knowledge across branding, digital, corporate identity and innovation
Direct brand-led transformation experience on one or more global brands
Excellent commercial acumen, both business and financial, to deliver and further Bulletproof's best practice within the brand industry
Significant experience of successfully managing senior level client relationships
Strong business development skills
Highly organised leader with proven experience building, developing and inspiring
high-performing teams
Excellent presentation, negotiation and business development skills
Proven ability to turn ambiguity into clarity - assimilating complex situations quickly to make informed and solid decisions
Passion for creativity, collaboration and contributing to a positive, future-focused agency culture
