Who we are looking for
We are seeking a senior finance leader to head enterprisewide Client Profitability, Product Profitability, and Return on Capital (ROC) insights. This role owns the endtoend profitability lifecycle-from production and governance to advanced analysis and executive decision support-and plays a critical role in shaping pricing, client strategy, and capital allocation decisions.
In parallel, the Managing Director will lead a largescale transformation of profitability platforms, data, and processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and risk discipline. This is a highimpact leadership role requiring strong analytical depth, executive presence, and the ability to lead and develop a global team of approximately 15 professionals.
The role partners closely with Business CFOs, Accounting, Technology, and Data teams to ensure strong financial governance, transparency, and sustainable value creation.

Forward thinking, innovative leader who has experience working in a finance and accounting organization particularly in a Financial Planning & Analysis function
Analytical capabilities and track record of transforming processes
Strong technical and financial system expertise
Broad Finance leadership experience with 10+ years of experience MBA or advanced degree a plus
Financial Services experience is helpful however all cross-industry leaders are welcome
Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and partner with executive leaders, exhibiting strong executive presence and credibility when communicating complex financial insights, risks, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
Proven capability to understand evolving business needs and translate them into scalable financial reporting, analysis, and insights, enabling informed decisionmaking and alignment between Finance strategy and broader organizational objectives.
Experience with management of geographically disperse Finance teams
Have strong problem-solving skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced, challenging environment and deliver on multiple and competing priorities/projects in an accurate and timely manner
