Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Industrial; MBA preferred

Role

We are looking for an experienced Channel Sales Head to lead and expand the global channel network and drive business growth through distributors, dealers and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel sales strategy for India and international markets.
• Identify, appoint and develop new channel partners.
• Manage key distributor/dealer relationships and drive partner performance.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth through the channel.
• Develop new markets and business opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts and channel performance.
• Lead and mentor the channel sales team.
• Work closely with marketing and business teams on market development.

Candidate Profile

• 15–20 years of experience in Channel Sales / Dealer & Distributor Management / B2B Industrial Sales.
• Experience in industrial machinery, engineering products, agriculture or food-processing equipment will be preferred.
• Strong leadership, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
