Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Hyderabad, involves leading and managing the company's Center of Excellence (CoE). The Head of Center of Excellence will be responsible for designing operational strategies, scaling GCCs for clients effortlessly, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring excellence in execution. This role requires driving innovation, enabling process optimization, and ensuring best practices are adhered to in workforce management, technology integration, and client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to oversee and grow strategic CoE operations and define its vision.
  • Strong expertise in operational strategy, process optimization, and program management for scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
  • Experience working with embedded teams in engineering, product, design, and support sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, talent acquisition, payroll management, compliance handling, and workspace solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to build and sustain long-term relationships with clients and teams.
  • Proven track record of applying innovative technology solutions, such as AI, to enhance operational efficiency and drive success.
  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, HR, or a related field preferred.
