About:

The way professionals work is changing, and the market is asking for something different from what exists today. Aitie is our answer. We're getting ready to launch, and we're looking for someone to build the professional side with us from zero.

ROLE: Growth & Marketing Lead (B2C)

This is not a role where you wait for a brief. There isn't one yet. You'll write it.

What you'll do

- Come up with out-of-the-box ideas for how Aitie shows up in the world: brand, voice, content, social, referrals, and partnerships

- Talk to initial user segments directly, learn what they actually struggle with, and turn those insights into what we build and say

- Figure out where professionals spend their time, and show up in a way that's impossible to ignore

- Run scrappy experiments, kill what doesn't work, and double down on what does

- Direct interns or agencies where it makes sense, and build the team around you as we grow

- Handle B2C GTM and all associated marketing channels from the get-go.

You might be our person if you

- Have 3-6 years in growth, brand, or marketing at a consumer or marketplace startup

- Have built an audience or user base from scratch, or badly want to

- Are curious about people and love a good conversation with a stranger

- Come with opinions, back them with numbers, and change your mind when the data says so

- Get excited by a blank page instead of nervous about it

The honest bit: we're pre-launch, so things will change, and you'll be the one changing them. If you want a polished machine and a clear brief, this isn't it. If you want to build something from scratch, let's talk.
