Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Head of Business with 1015 years of experience in the agency ecosystem. This role is focused on driving new business acquisition, expanding our client portfolio, and positioning Represent Media as a preferred partner across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate is a strong networker, a strategic thinker, and someone who understands how to convert relationships into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients across sectors such as FMCG, Finance, Automobile, Technology, and Consumer Goods
  • Identify, target, and close high-value accounts
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to unlock new business opportunities
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key decision-makers (CMOs, Brand Heads, Founders)
  • Lead pitch conversations and negotiations with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic Pitching & Conversions
  • Lead end-to-end pitch processes from brief understanding to solutioning and closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling, insight-driven proposals
  • Ensure high conversion rates and consistent deal closures
  • Market Intelligence & Positioning
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities
  • Identify new sectors and verticals for expansion
  • Contribute to the agency's positioning and go-to-market strategy
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with strategy, creative, and account management teams to deliver winning pitches
  • Align business goals with execution capabilities

Key Requirements

  • 1015 years of experience in a marketing/advertising/digital agency
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition and revenue growth
  • Strong exposure to at least 23 sectors: FMCG, Finance, Automobile, Tech, Consumer Goods
  • Established network of brand-side decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to independently drive deals from lead generation to closure
