Title:Head- Business Development 

Location: Gurgaon, India

Required Experience: 18 Years - 20 Years

Hiring Requirement

Briefly, established in 1991, UCS (Unified Credit Solutions) is a leading B2B credit management group specializing in Business Information Services, Debt Collection Services, Receivables Management Services and Para Legal Services with presence in 21 countries across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

UCS is looking for a dynamic candidate and result oriented leader who will be responsible for Strategic Partnerships, Market expansion and promotion of company's products/services all across India.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

  • Drive business growth across debt collection, receivables management, credit reports, and business intelligence services.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to expand domestic and international business.
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients across insurance, banking and corporate sectors.
  • Develop new markets, strategic alliances, and revenue opportunities.

Account Management & Client Retention

  • Manage key national and international accounts and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and account profitability.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, resolve escalations, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding and transition of new client accounts.

Credit Management & Business Intelligence

  • Drive sales of proprietary credit reports, business reports, and risk intelligence solutions.
  • Develop partnerships for sourcing, trading, and distribution of business reports.
  • Promote subscription-based and recurring revenue models.

Marketing & Market Intelligence

  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, conferences, and networking events.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance and IT teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between business commitments, operational capabilities, and compliance requirements.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and manage business development and account management teams.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and build a high-performance, customer-centric culture. 

 

Experience & Qualifications

  • MBA in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field, from a premium institute
  • 18–20 years of overall experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management. Min 6 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience in debt collection, insurance, banking, credit intelligence, business information, or financial services preferred.
  • Proven experience handling domestic and international accounts.
