Job Title: Head of Business Development – Electronics Manufacturing Service Vertical.

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the EMS manufacturing sector by identifying new business opportunities, customer acquisition, strategic partnerships,

Onboarding of large-scale OEM/ODM product manufacturing opportunities and expanding the company's presence across targeted industry segments including industrial, automotive, health care, telecommunications, consumer electronics, Clean technology, aerospace and defence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the global business development strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and high-growth industry segments.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop strategic account plans for key OEM customers.
• Lead market intelligence activities, including competitor analysis and industry trend monitoring.
• Achieve minimum annual sales revenue of INR 200cr, and gross margin targets.
• Ensure business opportunities meet profitability and strategic criteria.
• Collaborate with finance teams on sales strategies and contract negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and forecasting accuracy.
• Work closely with Operations, Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Any Engineering Graduate

Experience: 1520 years in business development experience in the EMS industries.

Strong track record in meeting/exceeding revenue targets. Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Familiarity with emerging technologies in the EMS domain.

Skills:

Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.

Strong knowledge of EMS processes, reverse logistics, and supply chain management.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
