Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Business Development, based in multiple location PAN India. The role involves leading the development and execution of strategic business plans, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering strong partnerships to drive business objectives. You will oversee sales initiatives and account management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and provide strategic insights to support decision-making and improve key performance indicators.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Planning and Business Development, with the ability to design and implement strategies for growth and market expansion
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills, with an aptitude for utilizing data to inform decision-making
  • Expertise in Sales and Account Management, with an ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Proficiency in managing partnerships, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes projects
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
