Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Business Management & Growth
- Identify and acquire new large-scale enterprise clients across BFSI segments including banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, and fintech organizations
- Manage and grow existing Pan-India Key Accounts and Growth Accounts through long-term relationship building
- Drive complex enterprise sales cycles focused on customized, high-value logistics solutions
- Own the complete RFQ and tendering lifecycle including proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Relationship Management & Operational Alignment
- Coordinate with Regional, Zonal, and Territory Sales teams to align sales commitments with service delivery
- Work closely with Direct Party teams to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient last-mile logistics execution
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders internally and within client organizations
Industry Expertise & Leadership
- Act as the BFSI and logistics domain expert, providing value-added insights and competitive solutions
- Apply analytical thinking to identify market trends, forecast opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Train, mentor, and coach sales and business development teams to strengthen enterprise selling capabilities
