Overview:

Gravity Infosolutions is seeking a results-driven Salesforce Business Strategy Consultant (Freelance) to accelerate the growth of our Managed Services portfolio. In this strategic role, you'll shape go-to-market plans, enhance internal delivery processes, and spearhead client acquisition initiatives. Your expertise will guide both strategic direction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies for Salesforce Managed Services.
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities, including client pitches and proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery models and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor internal teams on Salesforce best practices and scalable business processes.
  • Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on business and technology alignment.

Requirements:

  • 7-15 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Managed Services.
  • Proven track record in business strategy, sales enablement, and client success.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills.
  • Experience working with IT services companies or consulting firms is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
