In this strategic role, you'll shape go-to-market plans, enhance internal delivery processes, and spearhead client acquisition initiatives. Your expertise will guide both strategic direction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies for Salesforce Managed Services.
- Identify and drive business development opportunities, including client pitches and proposal creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery models and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Coach and mentor internal teams on Salesforce best practices and scalable business processes.
- Build strong client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on business and technology alignment.
Requirements:
- 7-15 years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Managed Services.
- Proven track record in business strategy, sales enablement, and client success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team mentoring skills.
- Experience working with IT services companies or consulting firms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
