Role Description

Hashtagsteel is looking for a Head of Business Development to help build our brand and grow our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing business plans, analyzing data to improve the sales process, managing key accounts, and overseeing the business development process. This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Sales and Account Management skills
• Business Development experience and proven track record
• Ability to identify and close business development opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of the steel industry and market trends is a plus
• Experience of E-commerce sales is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
