About Zenplus Fleet
Zenplus Fleet is a fast-growing mobility solutions provider. We are expanding our Employee Transport Services (ETS) vertical and are seeking a senior business development leader to drive corporate client expansion across Bengaluru and Chennai.
Role Overview
The Business Head ETS (BD Focus) will be responsible for winning and expanding the ETS business with enterprise and large corporate clients. This role is fully focused on market development, relationship building, and revenue growth through client acquisition. You will play a key role in positioning Zenplus Fleet as a preferred ETS partner in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
Lead new business acquisition for ETS across Bengaluru & Chennai Identify, target, and convert enterprise & large corporate clients build and execute structured client acquisition strategies own the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure respond to RFPs, proposals, and commercial discussions drive geographic and sector-wise business expansion

Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong CXO-level connections across:
HR
Admin
Facilities
Procurement
Corporate Real Estate

Act as the strategic face of Zenplus ETS with key accounts understand client mobility challenges and propose tailored solutions maintain high client satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Internal Collaboration
Work closely with:
Pricing
Ops & Implementation
Legal & Compliance
Technology & Product teams

Ensure smooth handover from sales to delivery teams provide client insights to influence product & service design market Intelligence track competitive landscape, pricing trends & demand shifts Identify strategic opportunities, sectors and partners.Stay updated on local regulations & ETS procurement norms

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years experience in ETS / Corporate Transport / Fleet / Mobility
Strong track record in enterprise client acquisition & deal closures
Deep network across corporate admin/procurement ecosystem
Experience in Bengaluru and/or Chennai markets
Local language fluency is a Plus (Kannada / Tamil preferred) An MBA is desirable but not mandatory if you have strong industry experience.
