Role Description

The Head of Business Development will lead the company's growth strategy by driving client acquisition, strategic partnerships, luxury market expansion, and revenue growth. This role requires a commercially driven individual with strong relationship-building skills, experience in luxury services, hospitality, weddings, lifestyle, or premium event businesses, and an understanding of high-net-worth client expectations. Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Client Acquisition

• Drive business growth strategies and revenue generation.
• Identify and convert new opportunities across weddings, luxury events, and destination celebrations.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of premium clients and strategic referrals.
• Lead client discussions and oversee conversions.

Partnership Development

• Develop relationships with luxury hotels, venues, hospitality partners, and premium brands.
• Create strategic alliances to strengthen business growth and market presence.

Market Expansion

• Track industry trends and identify expansion opportunities.
• Support growth into new markets, destinations, and service categories.

Client Relationship Management

• Ensure exceptional client experience from inquiry to project handover.
• Work closely with internal teams to align client expectations and execution.

Commercial & Team Leadership

• Own revenue targets and business development performance.
