JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive Atomium's growth, revenue, and expand market presence.
Identify potential customers and secure new business opportunities across sectors.
Work closely with Strategy, Creative, Client Servicing, and Leadership to ensure pitches, proposals, and partnerships align with the agency's vision and growth objectives.
Work closely with Operations and Finance to ensure commercial viability.
Promote the company's products/services including but not limited to Strategic Communication, Events & Exhibitions, Advertising & Promotions, Visual Merchandising, ATL, BTL, TTL, Films, Corporate Events, Offsites, and Creative Content and Videos.
Research and analyse market trends, new markets and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
Prepare, deliver and lead presentations, proposals, deal structures, and negotiations with potential customers.
Represent the agency at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.
Conduct market research to identify new products, services, and features that could increase sales and profitability.
Build and mentor the business development team, as the agency scales.
Establish structured business development processes, CRM, and reporting systems.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on progress towards achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST HAVES
A strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing communications and agency ecosystem.
Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Proficiency in Written and Verbal communication.
Excellent inter-personal and client management skills.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high-volume workload.
Knowledge on AI and relevant tools and how to leverage them effectively and responsibly.
